The Legal Pages is a law firm operated by Glenda Page to provide advice and assistance in the preparation of Wills and making sure that Gordon Brown gets as little of your hard earned money and savings as possible.

Death is a fact of life, and whilst most of us are not exactly looking forward to it, there is a lot of sense in making certain simple preparations to save money in the future and save your loved ones additional heartache and stress when you do finally pop your clogs.

We can help you think about what to do with your personal estate and draw up the necessary legal documents.  Then, later, we can help your family or friends to deal with the practicalities of sorting out your estate.

Why should you make a Will?

If you die without having made a valid Will, it is unlikely that the money and assets that comprise your estate will go to the people you want, and there is a good chance that more money than you might have wanted will end up being paid as tax.

When should you make a Will?

You should make a will as soon as you have any assets; as soon as you marry or cohabit or find a partner to whom you wish to leave your assets; as soon as you have kids.

When should you review your Will?

You should review your Will when your personal financial circumstances change; when your kids have grown up and left home; when you retire.

We are able to come to see you if that suits, and otherwise you can come to us.
